To provide a platform for youth to engage in volunteer service, academic exchange, leadership development, and social responsibility practice.

Objectives

- To offer community service and volunteer opportunities, accumulate community service hours.

- To cultivate youth leadership and organizational skills.

- To promote understanding and practice of science and technology, culture, and public affairs.

- To give priority access to lectures, competitions, annual meetings, exhibitions, and STEM projects organized by CAST-LA.
