This year's Newport Beach Film  Festival features one digital
film from China,
"Invinsible Killer", for award
competition.  I'm part of the
producer team for this film, and this film set a record in China for the topic it touches in modernChina.  There was no laws
in China
on internet privacy when this film was processed by government for
approval.  After its showing inChina last fall, China has passed the internet
privacy law which will be effective in July this year.  Enclosed please find the flyer for this
film for details about the storyline.
