Job Description: 
•As the leader of a senior engineer group，In charge of research projects ofnew software technologies, including next generation operation system(including DSP OS), carrier grade virtualization and multi-core applying, whichwill be used in telecommunication equipments. 
  
Responsibilities 
•Establish a team of senior engineers, and as leader to carry out theresearch projects of telecom software technologies. 
•Analyze and advice on tendencies of telecom software technologies. Work outa clear strategy plan of telecom software technologies development andapplying. 
•Define, guide and document the future telecom platform software targetarchitecture. 
•Follow the new software technologies development of telecom equipmentvendors, and introduce new and valuable technologies to our products. 
•Promote and educate at internal and external events on architecture vision,new technologies and other topics. 
  
Essential Skills required (as many from list below): 
•More than 12 years of experiences in the areas of system software, have atleast 10 years of experience in telecommunications equipment software field,held senior technique / management positions in telecom or related vendors. 
•Satisfies at least one of the following conditions: 
a)Excellent understanding of OS (including DSP OS) technologies, haveexperience of leading several successful software projects in OS technicalfield. 
b)Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies, especially inembedded virtualization and carrier grade virtualization technical field, hasexperience of successful projects. 
c)Excellent understanding of multi-core applying technologies, excellentunderstanding of model for parallel computation, has experience of leadingseveral successful software projects in parallel computation technical field.
