Subject: Education and Training Opportunities from CESASC and AAPA

Dear friends,

The CESASC Education and Technical Program Committee led by Dr. Jia Ming Chen(UCLA) and assisted by Dr. Benjamin Liu (Pacific College), Ms. Chuping Liu(USC), and Mr. Jason Wei (Toshiba) shall provide members and public witheducation and training opportunities, networking opportunities, technicalseminars, as well as major corporation facility visits.

In order to provide our current and potential members with education, training,and mentoring opportunities, we have supported our sister organization, theAsian American Professional Association (AAPA) to provide three tracks oftrainings, focusing on the professional, management and leadershipdevelopment,
respectively. Each track includes a wide range of monthly workshops extendingone year long to help you boost your career and potentials. In addition to the
exciting workshops, the participants will also have networking and careerdevelopment opportunities by working with over 20 Asian American executivementors from the industry and academy leaders.

AAPA is kicking off its 9th annual Mentoring Program with an introductorysession on Monday, July 16, 2007. They invite those who are working in acorporation as a professional or line manager to participate in this program.Please do not miss this excellent opportunity:
